How to Uninstall Windows Live Messenger using Windows Add/Remove Programs?
Okay, you’ve learnt that Windows Live Messenger is not in the Add/Remove Programs list. Well, the uninstaller for Windows Live Messenger is there but it’s just not obvious. Confused? You must thank Microsoft because they are really good at hiding up the uninstaller. The uninstaller is actually inside the Windows Live Essentials. In fact the uninstaller for all the other Windows Live products that you’ve installed are also inside. Now, click on its Change/Remove option. You’ll be asked if you want to Uninstall, or Repair a Windows Live program. Select Uninstall and click Continue. Next, check the “Messenger” option and click Continue. Done! Windows Live Messenger is successfully removed from your computer.
