How to uninstall Nero 9?

I used the trial version of Nero 9 and now i want to uninstall it…..these are the things I’ve tried….. add and remove programs there is no uninstall Nero 9 when you see it in the program list and the uninstall wizard that comes up for Nero 9 also doesn’t uninstall it…. I have also rebooted my computer to refresh my programs, and i have contacted tech support to see if they can help but i wanted to see if any of you could please please please help me.
