If they are truly built into the ROM then you cannot remove them without flashing the device with an image that does not contain the games. Otherwise like any other Windows Mobile device you could connect using ActiveSync and navigate to the games files and delete them. The option persistant is suggesting is also possible. If you’re unable to delete the files tyou may at least be able to hide or rename the shortcuts. You haven’t provided the scanner model so more detailed advice isn’t possible currently.
