How to tweak or change Vista Bubbles screen saver settings?
• Open Windows Vista Command Prompt with administrative privilege, • Turns on the Vista Command Prompt “copy and paste” function, • Copy and paste the following one-line Vista Console Registry Tool command (Reg.exe) into the Vista Command Prompt window REG ADD HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Screensavers\Bubbles /v MaterialGlass /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f • Press ENTER key to execute the Reg.exe command, which will forcibly create a 32-bit DWORD registry key called MaterialGlass in that Vista Bubble registry path with default value zero. That’s the way to turns Vista Bubbles screen saver to display Material Glass bubbles (or metallic bubbles). At first glance, I thought there were M&M Chocolates in my Vista Desktop :-)! Other than the Material Glass bubble, you can also set or tweak Vista Bubble screen saver to display real-transparent bubbles rather than the default semi-transparent bubbles.
