1. Launch VAIO Care Application and click One Click Care menu. 2. Click the Run One Click Care button. 3. Once done, a report will be shown. 4. Click the Usage tab and ensure that the Network Information is displayed in the system. Solution 1 4. If nothing is displayed, go to the Setting tab and ensure that there is no yellow exclamation mark on Device Manager. This is to ensure that the network card is working fine. 5. Ensure that there is no yellow exclamation mark on Internet Connectivity. If there is, click the Click here link to resolve the issue. 6.
