How to troubleshoot ram/video card problem???

I could use some help debugging some RAM or video card problems. Since installing 2x2GB RAM modules in past two months I have sporadically started having trouble when restarting or even sometimes when waking from sleep. Problem: CPU seems to wake up/start fine (e.g., I get the chimes on start-up) but occasionally the monitor will not activate — no signal. I have tried removing new 2x2GB RAM modules and going back to original configuration and have also removed original 1x2GB RAM and in both scenarios the sporadic “no video” problem crops up. It never fails when running – problems are all associated with wake up or restart – and then only about 25-50% of the time. I have run the Apple hardware tests and also the “Rember” app and the tests indicate everything is working. There is one consistent problem with Rember in that there is a message indicating it can not allocate all the RAM to the test – but then proceeds and concludes that all is well – hummhhhh… Are there any specific troub
