How to troubleshoot Audio issue using VAIO Care?
1. Launch VAIO Care Application and click on One Click Care menu. 2. Click the Run One Click Care button. 3. Once done, a report will be shown. Solution 1 4. Go to the Setting tab and check under Device Manager if there is a yellow exclamation mark. 5. If there is, click the Click here link to resolve the issue. Solution 2 6. If the issue persists, go to Update tab and ensure there is no yellow exclamation mark for Windows update. 7. Also ensure there is no yellow exclamation mark for VAIO Update. Solution 3 8. Go to Troubleshooting menu. 9. Click Input and Output under the VAIO Advisor portion. 10. Click the Sound troubleshooting link and follow the instructions given.
