Ans: Drugs eliminated by non-renal routes – INH, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide and Thioamides may be given in normal doses. 2 HRZ / 4 HR is safe. Decrease dose of Streptomycin & Ethambutol and adjust by renal function tests.
