The transference of values deposited on the temporary Tal Card (card of immediate release obtained with the authorized agents) is done automatically towards the personalized Tal Card at the moment of activation. In fact, the funds will be available on both cards. If you would like, you can cancel the card of immediate release trough the Tal Card Center of Relationships, calling 1 866 708 1746 , keeping only the personalized card active.
