If you want to transfer Files/Folders without downloading any IBackup application, then you may use browser based Smart-IB and Web-Folders. Smart-IB cannot be used if you are connected through a proxy server. However you can use web-folders. Web Folders supports most firewalls and proxy server without changing the settings.
