O thats easy.it will get dry alot and normally a water dragon would swim alot but when its pregnant it might act weird and not even touch water.if that doesnt happen then it might swim in circles over and over and over.when it is ready to give birth(witch is when it starts moaning and throwing up) MAKE SURE ITS IN WATER WHEN IT GIVES BIRTH!
