How to teach sign language bsl to children in a fun way?
Hi I used to work with deaf children and a favourite game to play with hearing and deaf children was the word game, once some signs had been practised or handouts with the word and hand signs on cow milk white cloud etc going from child to child I think you will see that whatever you decide on the kids will love it, I used to have many want to learn BSL Good luck, you and the kids will have great fun I’m sure Oh songs too as children remember the words and actions, you can teach them the actions in BSL! Also if you do handouts with the alphabet/numbers on the kids can learn how to sign their name and age. It all depends on how much curriculum time is allocated and how long the subject will be studied really as to how far you can take your students!
