Ans.: Copy the file to be printed to the PRN device. Most of the packages send data to be printed to LPT1 by default. This will also go to the GIST printer spooler and printer if the Printer port selection in the Alt-Menu is LPT1. But the data sent to PRN device will always be directed to the GIST printer port, irrespective of the port selection in the Alt-Menu.
