Take 7 days off and remain hormones-free for the week and then begin the new pack.28 days pills pack has 21 active pills and 7 inactive or reminder pills. Take 1 tablet every day as prescribed followed by 7 reminder pills.All tablets should be taken daily as prescribed at the given time without a miss.
