How to strengthen my leg muscles?
gud question but strengthning the leg muscles is more complex than srtetching 24hours a day that just makes your hamstrings thighs calves longer rather than stronger and shorter now that your muscles are more like an elastic band you will find it much harder to stregthen them but can be done with a lot of hard work and weights but once start on one muscle group calves monday hams tuesday and thighs wednesday do this twice a week and add extra weight every week and ull notice a dfference but you also have 2strngthen your ankle as it connects to the calves on both legs and hip/groin a lot work gud luk
