Hello, I have soft teeth and I was wandering if anyone knew any ways or products I can buy that can strengthen/harden my teeth. I need stuff that actually work! I’m pretty sure I ended up with soft teeth because of soft drinks and lack of calcium. I don’t eat hard food like apples because I’m scared it will make my teeth worse 🙁 I have a dentist appointment tomorrow aswell but I was just wandering if anyone knew anything.
