unfortunately not, I work for a very large bank and I get these questions everyday, if the judge has ordered a motion to allow the cdreditor to garnish your wages then it will not be lifted until the drbt is satisfied completely and this can only be done by the creditor its themselves, your bank and your payroll company will need legal documentaion that can only be produced by the creditor
