How to stop the migration to US airports?
Lower the various airport fees and taxes and improve the airport experience from lower parking rates, better signage and making it more customer-friendly. Internet access at airports is fine and appreciated but I think if you asked people what they most want – less time in security lines, easier and less confusing check-in procedures and faster baggage delivery. Canadian airports have come a long way and compared to other countries most passengers are well served – but the incessant number of fees and taxes will deter people coming into and out of the country to not fly at all or use alternative airports outside of Canada.
