How to stop feeling dizzy?
the reason you feel dizzy is because of low blood sugar,when you wake up in the morning you have not eaten since dinner last night. If you eat dinner at 7 & wake up at 7 of course you feel low blood sugar because you havent eaten in 12 hours. You could try eating later at night but that may not help unless you want to eat at 12 (which im sure you don’t) So instead maybe put a gatorade or granola bar by your bed ( i would recommend the gatorade b/c a granola bar could attract insects and that would b awful) if you wake at night have a few sips of gatorade the carbohydrates will keep you from feeling dizzy and also you will not be dehydrated which could cause dizziness ( some people are constantantly dehydrated because they never drink enough water), when you feel dizzy in the morning have a some of the Gatorade and lie down for a minute or two because dizziness can also be caused by standing up from a lying position too quickly, i get low blood sugar too and it is just caused by hunger,
