How to stop debtors calling?

0

There is a limit on the amount of times they can call you, after that, you can actually sue them for harassment! A lot of people are unaware of that, just google anything to do with this, such as “Suing debtors for harassment, or what constitutes harassment from a credit card company”, anything along that line. You might be surprised at how easy it is! When you can no longer reason with them, ask to speak to their manager, take down the name and ID of the person you are speaking to, if you’re not satisfied, ask for their manager and so on. Just keep going until you speak to someone who is in a negotiating position. Barring that, if they have already spoke to you one day and they call again, particularly on a Sunday, start reading them bible scriptures. They’ll hang up, I know because I’ve done it! 🙂 Best of luck to you, I hope you can resolve this.
