How to stay warm skiing?
Small hand warmers like “Hotties” can be inserted in your gloves across the back of your hand. They last about 6-8 hours and are fairly cheap. Also stay hydrated and be certain you are actually doing some hard skiing and not just sitting around the fireplace. A couple of hard bump runs should get the blood moving and generate all of the heat your body can stand. Keep your ears covered, and avoid exposed skin.
