How to start with Competitive Intelligence?
It might sound stupid, but start with search engines. It will show you how unique (or not) are the solutions proposed by consultants and analysts. Then receive the most interesting companies to make them talk about the process how other companies are organised, etc. Register to a few webinar and some conferences. Then you will have a good idea of where to put ressource on competitive intelliegence. And of course listen to the people who talk with your competitors.
