How To Start Using Pulse Point Gyms/What is an induction?
If you’ve never used a Pulse Point or Power Point gym before, you will first need to book an induction session with a fitness instructor, who will show you how to use the equipment safely and advise you on getting the best possible results. During your induction a starter programme will be designed to meet your fitness goals. As you become fitter your programme will become easier. It is important to have your programme reviewed regularly by an Instructor in order to continue your progress towards a much fitter you! We advise you to continue with a full personal programme after 6 – 8 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Customers Who Are Familiar With Gym Equipment As equipment can differ greatly from one gym to another we are required to give instruction on your initial visit for your own health and safety. Your current knowledge and level of fitness will be taken into account during this session.
