How to start my own social media consultancy agency?
Hi pros, I’m a recent bachelor, and for a while now, I have been thinking about starting my own consultancy agency. It would be in the field of social media. It would be founded in Serbia, and there really aren’t any agencies of that sort on the market. I don’t have any experience in running a company, of course, but I am open to any suggestions from who should I hire, how much money do I need, how do I find my first client, and all those sort of questions. I know the topic is pretty wide, but any input would be more than welcome.
