How to split dual audio into seperate languages?

Hi been going nuts over this one got a few anime’s that are in dual audio and english is the second audio stream and I need to split the two files so I can just keep the english. I have tried virtualdub but confused the hell outa me, I managed to extract the audio to a wav but I cant split that tried demuxing it into video/audio but the audio is still one file and I have tried to search for a how to guide on tonnes of forums but I aint getting nowhere.
