How to solve the problem of fly ash on surface concrete according to bleeding?
Firstly, the engineer should inspect the properties of aggregate whether comply with correct standard or not. Then he should consider to production process, including with type and dosage rate of admixture as correct. Apart form internal inspection, he should observe how the contractors do in concrete placing in correct way. By the way if all things are done ready, that problem still is occurred. Secondly, it must be solved at that time. In generally bleeding rate will be happening within first 2-3 hours which if it happen too much bleeding, we are necessary to move the excess water out. Then it might use cement on top of concrete or use hardening admixture spray on surface of concrete. Both of them will benefit if it use in proper time particular in before concrete set. Finally, then please do not curing concrete surface with water or curing compound in order to protect shrinkage crack and better strength development.
