How to solve “Can locate configuration file. Please re-install Ideal DVD to iPod Converter to fix the problem”?
The message means you are running our program under a limited or standard user account of windows. For XP user, you may just re-install Ideal DVD to iPod Converter under the current windows account to fix it.
