How to solve “can locate configuration file” issue in Ideal Converters?
The issue happened because our program failed to put the profiles to the specified directory for some reason. You may export the log file of our program, then send it to support@idealdvdcopy.com , then we’ll help you to solve it. (You may click windows menu “Start”->”All programs”->”Ideal DVD to Avi Converter” or iPod converter or PSP Converter or iPad Converter ->”Export log file” (left mouse click, don’t right click) to export it.
