Occasionally, the Active-X Control is installed improperly on some types of computers. If you don’t see video on the screen or see the message “No Video Input”, you can solve the problem by removing and re-installing the Axtive-X as follows: Locate the “NetCam Control” program, for Windows 98 the program is installed in the C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files directory and for Windows NT or 2000 in C:\winnt\Downloaded Program Files directory. Remove NetCam Control program by clicking the right mouse button and then selecting “Remove”. Now access the NetCam again and install the Active-X Control program. If you still have problems viewing the live video, contact your supplier for more information.
