How to smoke a beef brisket?
You smoke a beef brisket slowly in a well-used smoker. Use hickory wood as fuel and keep the temperature at 350. Marinate the brisket overnight in your favorite marinade. Reserve the marinade. Place brisket fat side up on the grill and cook with the lid down for about 5 hours keeping the temperature constant. Take the brisket out and place it in aluminum foil and pour the reserved marinade on it. Wrap the brisket and marinade in the foil, return to smoker and cook another 3 hours. The meat will come out tender and juicy.
