How to sleep when Im not tired?
Drink warm milk. It actually helps. But in order to get back on schedule, this is what you need to do. -Go to sleep like you have been. -Set an alarm clock for early like 7 -Get up no matter how tired you are and do not nap during the day -You’ll be very sleep later at night and you’ll WANT to get to bed. -Keep doing this until you naturally wake up and go to sleep earlier.
