How to sleep well in travel bus for long journey travel ?
Bus travel is generally uncomfortable and I’ve never gotten any good sleep either (Aside for a couple of hours on a trip going from Bangor, ME to Knoxville, TN, where I slept after getting on the bus in Richmond, VA.) The best thing I could recommend doing is having a blanket and pillow with you. Cover up and put the pillow under your head. Recline as much as you can, barring anything in the way (Such as the bathroom wall if you sit in the last two seats on the left in the back. I personally like to sit there, even though the seats don’t really recline.) and to the comfort of the person behind you (if there is one.) Try to keep your mind occupied on something else rather than the bus. If you can lose track of yourself actually being on a bus, then that helps plenty. Also, don’t sit on an aisle seat. I had the unfortunate occurance of trying to do this once at night. If you lean over to one side, you’re in the other person’s lap. If you lean the other way, you’re blocking the aisle for
