Sometimes when I send an email with large pictures or data files attached, I receive an error message about the SMTP server timing out. What is this, and what can I do about it?
Text2Web does not seem to be able to cope with very large text files. What is the maximum size it can cope with?
Can Brava for Open Text Content Server edit document/drawing files?

For emails with large content, the best option is to cut the URL of the link generated and paste it onto content of an email system of your choice rather than use IBackup’s method to send the URL links.
