How to setup PTZ for auto looping in DVR 2400 or HuperVision 4000 software?
First make sure the PTZ is properly connected to the DVR system, then use the softwares on screen PTZ control to move the PTZ to the desired location, then click and hold onto the left mouse button on one of the rounded number icon listed on the lower end of the software’s PTZ controller till the number starts to flash. This sets the preset point. To setup more preset points, follow the same steps listed above but use different number to identify each preset locations. After setting up all the preset points, click on the mode icon located on the top of the PTZ controller and go to the auto mode. Under auto mode, first use the top drop down window to select the camera wish to run auto loop, then enter the desired looping sequence in the blank space below the auto looping activation icon. For example, if there are 4 preset points, and the looping sequence is from point 4 to 2 to 3 then 1, the sequence should be enter as 4 2 3 1 with either a space or comma between the number for each pre
