I’ve got a Netgear Rangemax router as well. Easiest way to set it up is to go to the Netgear website (just google search “routerlogin.net” (without the quotes). A box should appear asking for your username ( which is admin) and password (which is password). Just fill out these details and click Okay. The website will then open. Go to Basic settings. Most of this is already done for you. Then go to Wireless settings. If you get stuck there are helpful hints in the blue column on the right-hand side of your screen. Good luck.
