That offline backup is only safe for the first backup session. Offline backup IASO2011: • Download and install IASO2011. • Launch services.msc command from the Run option on the Start Menu. Find “Backup Service Controller” service and stop it. Note: The name of this service can differ for different customers. • Go to the default IASO2011 installation directory and make copy of config.ini file. • Open the config.ini file that is located in the installation folder (by default it is located in “C:\Program Files\Backup Manager” folder). You will see the following strings:[General] Protocol=FTPS Server=DA14D6E208004E35FCD385B19B9E1CE43C13A3A1A3033B6D3D9EFEEF2A4 • You need to change appropriately: • Protocol=FTPS to Protocol=FS (where FS is: File System) • Change Server=DA14D6E208004E35FCD385B19B9E1CE43C13A3A1A3033B6D3D9EFEEF2A4 to Server=F:\Backup01 (where F:\Backup01 is folder to store the data. This folder should be created on your storage drive). So your file will look like the following
