When you first get your A1200 you have to set up the Voicemail feature. Do this as follows: 1. Click on Messages icon on top bar 2. Click on Menu (lower left) –> Service Setup –> Voicemail 3. Insert your carrier’s voicemail number there and Save Now everytime you get voicemail, you just need to click Retrieve and it will go directly to your voicemail. .
