How to set up an Open VPN (SSL) connection?
• Go to https://www.clientconfig.com • Login with username and password received • Click on .exe file “Windows Installer” to download (the .ovpn is for Mac) • Click on Run • Click on Run again to run installation • Press Install • If a window pops up that software is not authenticated by windows click “continue anyway” • Then double-click on the OpenVPN desktop icon to open the program To set up a connection on a Mac, a Graphical User Interface called Tunnelblick will be needed. To install this GUI, and OpenVPN please follow the steps below: • Download the package from the site http://www.tunnelblick.net. It is a Zip compressed file which contains the GUI and the OpenVPN software; • Double-click on the zip file (we suppose it is located on the Desktop) to extract the only file that contains. The executable file called Tunnelblick appears on the Desktop; • Double-click on the file Tunnelblick to start the program. A dialog box appears to alert you that configuration files must be stored
