Go to Settings > General > Network > VPN and choose ‘Add VPN connection’ Choose ‘PPTP VPN’ on the top. If you Choose L2TP then you must enter the ‘Shared Secret’ which is secureserver For Description enter Liberty VPN. For Server enter the IP address provided For Account enter Username provided. For Password enter the Password provided. You are done!
