How to set up a call center?
A call center does not have to be a big building with multiple booths set up with a computer and a phone. You can set your own call center up in your home office. Make sure you have a private area where you will not be disturbed, a phone line that does not have any bells and whistles, and an up to date computer and most businesses will be happy to let you take or make calls for them.
