It depends on the model of radio in your vehicle. I have a premium model that requires you to push the RDS button, if i recall correctly and then use the select (left or right) to change the hour. Press RDS again to change to the minutes and then again to finish. On mine there is a small clock icon on the RDS button. This may not be exact hopefully it will help.
