How to set IP phone SP5100 on SP3350A / SP3352?
SP3350A and SP3352 provide more powerful firewall. This series router default blocks all ports. It does not allow any access without setting. So please enable port forwarding 16384~16393 and 5060 or assign SP5100 as the DMZ host to allow the packets through the router. If there is more than one IP phone on the network then find the feature multiple NAT and set all IP phones as DMZ hosts in the multiple DMZ field.
