How to set a proxy in Internet Explorer?
(1). Go to ‘Tools’ then ‘Internet Options’ and select the ‘Connections’ tab. (2). In connections tab, select the network connection, on which you want to set up the proxy, under ‘Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings’ and press the ‘Settings’ button. (3). Check the ‘Use a proxy server for this connection’ and enter the address and port of the proxy server you wish to connect to. (4). If you want to set a different proxy server for each protocol, you can do so by pressing the ‘Advanced’ button.
