How to send Submission/Ranking reports to Report Viewer?
The process of creating and sending Submission/Ranking reports (we also call them ‘offline reports’) is performed with the help of Scheduler. Here’s how to provide your clients with offline reports: 1. Pave the way for the proper Scheduler work. Enter the necessary data to the Submission/Ranking tools, otherwise Scheduler won’t be able to run the report. 2. Adjust the Client Manager settings: – Open Client Manager, choose the client to send reports to, or create a new client account if needed; – Go to the ‘Manage clients’ sites’ tab and point the client’s website(s) that he/she will be able to view the reports for in his/her Report Viewer; – Move to the ‘Set access to services’ tab; here you can choose which reports on which services your client will be able to view. To let your client view Submission/Ranking reports, select the website and click ‘Set permissions’.
