You cannot SEND animated smileys in a scrap. The standard smileys in orkut (i.e. ) are replaced with animated smileys on YOUR PC , if you have enabled the option ‘Replace orkut smileys with animated smileys’. (Or any PC with Orkut Helper installed & enabled that option.
