How to schedule appointments for well checkups, follow ups or on-going/chronic problems?

All our patients are seen by appointment. If you need an appointment for on-going/chronic problems, and well check ups, please call as far in advance as possible. There can be a several week wait for these appointments, especially for evenings and Saturdays. If you have a special appointment problem, please discuss it with one of our staff members, managers or providers. It is recommended that you bring a list of any questions you have about your child to the visit.
