How to save my favorite format and settings for future use?

After choose an output format, please click settings, then choose the parameters you like, then click “Save As” and enter a name, then click “OK”. In this way, the output format and settings will be saved as your own choice, and you can find it in “User Defined” in the drop down list of “Profile” from then on.
