How to return a defective good for warranty or a faulty good for exchange?
You need to have an RMA number issued prior to sending in either defective goods for warranty or faulty goods for exchange or refund. You can send us an email to request a RMA number (Return merchandise authorization number). If your product (on rare occasions) is faulty, please send an email within 7 days of receiving your goods to request a RMA. We will not accept return after 7 days for faulty goods. After your first email, you will receive an email with RMA number and RMA form. Please complete the form with your reason for return and all other requested information and return the form via email. Please submit your product packed in original condition including packaging, accessories, documentations, and manuals. Please mark your RMA number on the package to return to our warehouse location. We will inform you via email at the beginning of our repair or when we decide to replace your orders. Note that the process will take a period of fifteen to thirty days. ————————
