How to Restrict Wall Posts, Comments, & Likes on Facebook?

I am wondering how to go about building a Facebook wall where both fans and visitors cannot post on the wall, comment or like posts (see examples below). I know that it’s been done for several pharmaceutical companies in the US due to heavy regulations & lack of guidelines by FDA. We’re in a similar situation but located in Canada. Appreciate any help, thank you!
