How to restore the WordPress database?
1. login to phpMyAdmin and then select the database being used by WordPress from the list of databases. 2. Click databases, and select the database that you will be importing your data into. 3. The next screen opened will show you the tables in the database and different tabs. Click on the tab “Import” 4. Click on the Browse button next to the Location text box on the next page to browse for the backup file. 5. Check the SQL radio button to specify that the file being used to restore is of SQL format. 6. Click on the “Go” button to import the file. It will take some time depending on the size of the file. 26. Why don’t I see the the rich editor (the WYSIWYG editor) when using Safari? Answer: The visual rich editor was not supported by early version of Safari and hence the browser would crash upon loading the editor. This was because of a buf in the Safari browser. Solutions: 1.
